Loosen nuts (1). Disconnect parking brake cable (2). Position parking brake cable (2) out of the way.

Disconnect harness assemblies (3). Position the harness assembly out of the way.

Disconnect hose assemblies (5).

Remove nuts (7) and the washers. Lower brake valve assembly (8).

Disconnect air conditioning hose assemblies (9). Disconnect heater hoses (10). Note: Move the heater valves to the OFF position prior to disconnecting the heater hoses. The heater valves are located at the water pump.

Open the access door on the right side of the cab in order to disconnect harness assembly (11).

Remove floor mat (12).

Remove screw (14) and plate (13). Remove bolt (15).
Repeat Step 11 for the opposite side.

Remove nuts (16) and the washers. Remove cover (17).

Remove bolts (18) and cover (19).
Repeat Step 14 for the opposite side.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to operator platform (21). The weight of operator platform (21) is approximately 726 kg (1600 lb). Remove operator platform (21) and mount assemblies (22).
