5 2 278-3320 Sprocket Assemble sprockets so that the teeth on the sprockets are aligned with each other.
6 12 160-8509 Bolt Torque to 270 40 N m (199 30 lb ft)
7 12 267-8628 Locking Bolt Do not use the four locking bolts in the corners to pull the final drive housing into initial contact with the tandem.
Torque to 270 40 N m (199 30 lb ft).
8 3 103-6169 Self-Locking Bolt Torque to 270 40 N m (199 30 lb ft).
9 As required, use following shims in order to obtain the proper bearing preload:
5 7D-8441 Shim Thickness is 0.13 mm (0.005 inch).
2 9D-7047 Shim Thickness is 0.51 mm (0.020 inch).
5 7D-8439 Shim Thickness is 0.18 mm (0.007 inch).
10 1 8D-3902 Lip Type Seal Lubricate the sealing lip lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
11 As required, use following shim pack in order to obtain proper end play.
1 264-0196 Shim Pack Total thickness is 1.10 0.25 mm (0.043 0.010 inch).
12 3 8T-0372 Bolt Torque to 105 20 N m (77 15 lb ft).
