Removal Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Disconnect the electrical connection (2).
Remove the bolt (1). Note the orientation of the lever on the actuator for installation. Remove the lever (5).
Remove the four bolts (4) and washers.
Attach a lifting strap and a suitable lifting device to the actuator (3).
Remove the actuator (3). Installation Procedure

Attach a lifting strap and a suitable lifting device to the actuator (3).
Install the actuator (3).
Install the four bolts (4) and washers.
Install the lever (5) and the bolt (1). Ensure that the orientation and the setting on the actuator are correct.
Check the actuator linkage for proper adjustment. Refer to Specifications Manual, SENR4257 for additional information.
Connect the electrical connection (2).
