Connect hose assembly (20). Connect hose assembly (19) .

Attach Tooling (D) to pin assembly (6) .

Attach a suitable lifting device in order to position pin assembly (17). Extend cylinder (14) in order to align the bore that is in cylinder assembly (14) with the bore that is in tilt lever assembly (18). Install pin assembly (17) .

Position plate (16) and install bolts (15) .
Remove the suitable cribbing.

Install tube assembly (13). Tighten bolts (12) .

Connect harness assembly (11). Position cover assembly (10). Install bolts (9) .

Remove Tooling (D) from pin assembly (6) and the machine frame.

Use Tooling (J) in order to install bearing (8). Install bearing (8) to a depth of 9.5 mm (0.40 inch).

Apply Tooling (G) to the bore of link assembly (1). Use Tooling (H) in order to install lip seals (7) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to link assembly (1). The weight of link assembly (1) is approximately 363 kg (800 lb). Install pin assembly (6) .

Position plate (4) and install bolts (3). Connect hose assemblies (5) .

Remove Tooling (A) .End By:
Install the bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Install".
Remove the steering frame locks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Seperate and Connect".
