Use a lift truck and position feeder drive shaft (12) in the machine.
Install bearing (15) and four bolts (14) .
Install two bolts and shims (11) in bearing (10). Do not tighten the bolts at this time.

Measure the distance between the sprocket and the frame which is dimension (X). Dimension (X) must be 57 mm (2.24 inch).

Measure the distance between the tip of the sprocket teeth and the front of the frame. The distance between the tip of the sprocket teeth and the frame must be equal. Tighten the bolts that hold bearing (10) to the frame.

Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock to two set screws (13) and install the two setscrews.

Install line (6) into the bearing.
Install shaft key (9) on the shaft.
Install sprocket (8) on the shaft.
Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock to two setscrews (7) and install the two setscrews.

Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock to two bolts (4) and install cap (5) and bolts (4) .

Install master link (3), side plate (2) and two cotter pins (1) .End By:
Install the wheel (rear). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel (Rear) - Remove and Install".
Install the drag conveyor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drag Conveyor - Remove and Install".
