Each group has different requirements.Machines in group 1 must use synthetic oil in the eccentric weight housing or the machines must have been updated with the improved bearing housings.The oil pockets in the improved housings provide more lubrication to the bearing. The oil pockets will allow the use of gear oil. The part numbers of the updated bearing housings are listed below: 1G-9399 Housing, 1G-9400 Housing, , 1G-9401 Housing, 116-4112 Housing, 120-4265 Bearing Housing and 120-4266 Bearing Housing .The Special Instruction, SEHS9514 provides instructions in order to add bolt on pockets. The oil pockets will allow the use of gear oil. The oil pockets will provide better lubrication.
