Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cooling system package (2). The weight of cooling system package (2) is approximately 154 kg (340 lb). Install cooling system package (2).

Install bolts (15) on both sides of cooling system package (2).

Connect hose assemblies (13) and (14).

Connect hose (12) onto cooling system package (2). Install bracket (11).

Connect hose (9) and hose (10) onto cooling system package (2).

Install fan guard assembly (8) on cooling system package (2).

Connect hose (7) on cooling system package (2).

Connect harness assembly (5). Connect hose (3), hose (4), and hose (6) onto cooling system package (2).

Install panel (1) on cooling system package (2).
Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change". End By:
Install the enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Enclosure Group - Install".
