BUSHING 4761456 - Caterpillar

(1) Drain the coolant from the engine and radiator. Remove water lines (1), clamp and bracket (2) and hoses (3). Remove elbow (4) and bonnet (5) and the gasket on the end of cooler (6). Do not remove bracket (7). (2) Install 2A4591 Stud (8) in cooler (6) as shown. Install a new 7S8767 Gasket and 7N2545 Bonnet (9). Put thread sealant on 3J5389 Plug (10) and install the plug in bonnet (9). Install two 7N2547 Tubes (11) on bonnet (9); use a new 6L5457 Gasket on each tube. Install 2S4024 Hoses (12) with former 5P598 Clamps (13). Install 7N2551 Bracket (14) and two 6B4312 Clamps (15). Tighten bolts (16) to a torque of 40 lb.ft. (55 N m). Fill the cooling system with coolant.
