2. Disconnect line (1) from the quick release valve. 3. Connect an air supply line (2) to the valve to release the brakes. 4. Remove the cotter pin and pin (3).5. Push lock sleeve (4) in and move the slack adjuster down. Disconnect the air supply line. 6. Disconnect two air lines (6) from rotochamber (5).7. Remove two nuts (7) and rotochamber (5).Install Brake Rotochambers
1. Put brake rotochamber (1) in position and install the nuts. Tighten the nuts to a torque of 100 10 lb.ft. (135 14 N m). 2. Connect two air lines (2) to the rotochamber. 3. Connect the air supply line.4. Install pin (3) in the rod end. Install the cotter pin.5. Push in on lock (5) and turn the slack adjuster clockwise until there is a clearance of .005 to .010 in. (0.13 to 0.25 mm) between the brake lining and the brake drum. Put feeler gauge (4) in the hole in the cover to check the clearance while the slack adjuster is turned.6. When the adjustment of the brake is correct, the rotochamber rod must have less than 2 in. (50.8 mm) movement. 7. Disconnect air supply line (6) and connect the line from the tank to the valve.Disassemble Brake Rotochambers
start by:a) remove brake rotochambers1. Remove clamp from around the cylinder of the chamber. 2. Remove plate (1) and diaphragm (2) from top of cylinder.3. Remove rod end (3) and two nuts (4) from rod assembly.
Spring force is present. Carefully remove bolts (8).
4. Remove rod assembly (5), retainer (6), spring (7) and seal from inside of cylinder.

5. Install tool (A) to hold spring force. Remove bolts (8) and release spring force with tool (A).6. Remove support, spring and piston.7. Remove seals from piston. 8. Remove seals (9) from cylinder.Assemble Brake Rotochambers
1. Install seals in end of cylinder (3).2. Install seals (4) on piston.3. Install piston, spring (2), and support (1) in cylinder. 4. Install tool (A) and push support (1) into position in cylinder.5. Install bolts that hold support in place and remove tool (A). 6. Install seal (5) in piston.7. Install spring, retainer and rod assembly in cylinder.8. Install locknuts (7) and rod end (8). 9. Install diaphragm, plate and clamp (6).end by:a) install brake rotochambers
