BUSHING-CTR 4945212 - Caterpillar

Weld the seven 8T-4967 Weld Studs (1) to the frame, as shown. Weld one 8T-7501 Weld Stud (2) to the frame, as shown. The studs that are welded onto the right side of the frame use the same locating dimensions as the studs that are welded onto the left side of the frame.
Use the 1S-0994 Clip and the 6W-5458 Spacer in order to attach the battery cable to weld stud (2) .

Remove the existing guard assembly (3). Replace the existing guard assembly with the new 218-2702 Guard Assembly .

Attach the 5P-7482 Seal to the edges of the 215-7787 Bracket, as shown.Assembly of New Grill Group
Use the following illustration and the parts list in order to assemble the new grill group.Note: The parts that are listed in the following parts list do not need to be ordered. The parts are included in the 2Q-8071 Kit.
