Reference: Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Model Views and Specifications" for the dimensions of the machines.Use proper rated cables and proper rated slings for lifting the machine. Position the crane in order to lift the machine in a level plane.The spreader bar widths must be sufficient in order to prevent contact with the machine.Install tie-downs at several locations. Place blocks in front of the wheels and behind the wheels.Obey the appropriate laws that govern the dimensions of the load (weight, width, and length).Consult your Caterpillar dealer for shipping instructions for your machine.
