Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to tank assembly (6). The weight of tank assembly (6) is approximately 44 kg (98 lb).
Install tank assembly (6).

Connect electrical connector (7).
Connect hose assemblies (8), (9), (10), (11) and (12).

Install eight bolts (5) to tank assembly (6).
Install a suitable lifting device to radiator guard (2). The weight of radiator guard (2) is approximately 33 kg (72 lb).
Install radiator guard (2).
Install two bolts (4) to each side of radiator guard (2).
Install two pins (3) to radiator guard (2).

Connect hose assembly (1).
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Extended Life Coolant - Change" for the proper filling procedure. End By:
Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Install".
Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Remove and Install".
