Use Tooling (B) to install the shaft seal into adapter (9). Use Tooling (A) to install the retaining ring. Use Tooling (B) to install dust seal (12) into adapter (9). Use Tooling (A) to install retaining ring (11) .

Install seals (10) into bushing (5). Repeat for the other bushing.

Install gear assembly (6), gear assembly (7), and bushing (8) into adapter (9) .Note: Orient Check Valve (X) and bushing (8) in relation to adapter (9) .

Install O-ring seal (4) into housing (3). Repeat for the opposite side.
Install housing (3). Install bushing (5) .Note: Orient Check Valve (X) and bushing (5) .

Install cover (2) and bolts (1). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 92 to 99 N m (68 to 73 lb ft).End By: Install the gear motor (hydraulic fan).
