Illustration 1 g06284937Note: The indentions in lip seals (10) should be facing inward.
Install lip seals (10). Repeat for the opposite side.

Install thrust washer (9).
Use the tooling provided in the seal kit to install wiper seal (7). Final assembly of wiper seal (7) with the lips facing outward, as shown.
Use a dry heat source to heat piston seals (8) to a temperature of 82 - 121° C (150 - 250° F). Do not over heat piston seals (8).
Use the tooling provided in the seal kit to install piston seals (8). Do not overstretch piston seals (8).
Use the tooling provided in the seal kit to install wiper seal (4). Final assembly of wiper seal (4) with the lips facing outward, as shown.
Install wear rings (6) and (5).
Apply Tooling (A) to the surfaces of all seals.

Carefully install rotor (2) into housing (3).
Install retaining ring (1).End By:
Install the swivel.
