Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

If necessary, install breather valves (59) in manifold group (43).
If necessary, install air brake connectors (58) in manifold group (43).
Install air valve group (60) in manifold group (43) and connect the tube assembly. Tighten air valve group (60) to a torque of 95 9.5 N m (70 7.0 lb ft).
Install heater group (55) in manifold group (43).
Apply Tooling (A) to the insert. Install the insert and tighten to a torque of 8.5 1.0 N m (75 9 lb in). Install solenoid valve group (56) and tighten to a torque of 60 5 N m (44 4 lb ft). Tighten the nut on the end of solenoid valve group (56) to a torque of 20.0 2.5 N m (175 22 lb in).
Install the O-ring seals, pressure sensor group (57), and pressure sensor group (54) in manifold group (43). Tighten pressure sensor group (57) to a torque of 20 3 N m (175 27 lb in). Tighten pressure sensor group (54) to a torque of 10 2 N m (90 18 lb in).

Install the O-ring seals, piston (53), spring (52), and plug (51) in manifold group (43).
Install air regulator (49) in manifold group (43). Tighten air regulator (49) to a torque of 140 14 N m (105 10 lb ft).
Install the O-ring seal and temperature sensor group (48) in manifold group (43). Tighten temperature sensor group (48) to a torque of 48 5 N m (35 4 lb ft).
Install the O-ring seals and air valve group (50) in manifold group (43). Tighten air valve group (50) to a torque of 90 9.5 N m (70 7.0 lb ft).
Install the O-ring seals, solenoid valve group (47), and solenoid valve group (46) in manifold group (43). Tighten solenoid valve group (47) and solenoid valve group (46) to a torque of 60 5 N m (44 4 lb ft). Tighten the nuts on the ends of solenoid valve group (47) and solenoid valve group (46) to a torque of 20.0 2.5 N m (175 22 lb in).

Connect diesel exhaust fluid pump group (42) to manifold group (43). Install bolts (45).

Install manifold group (43) and diesel exhaust fluid pump group (42) as an assembly. Install bolts (44). Install bar (41) and wing nuts (40).

Connect harness assembly (38) to the heater group. Connect harness assembly (37) to the temperature sensor group. Connect harness assembly (39), harness assembly (36), and harness assembly (35) to the solenoid valve groups. Connect harness assembly (34) and harness assembly (33) to the pressure sensors.

Install the O-ring seals. Install flange assembly (32) and bolts (31).

Position cabinet assembly (23) on tank assembly (25). Install bolts (30).
