Information:

12. Install tees (10) and (11) to hydraulic cooling piston pump (9). 13. Connect hose assemblies (6), (7), and (8) to hydraulic cooling piston pump (9). 14. Put panel assembly (5) in position on the enclosure. Install 11 bolts (4) and the spacers. 15. Install three locking bolts (2) and the flat washer to barrier assembly (3). 16. Connect hose assembly (1) to the oil cooler (pump drive).17. Prime the piston pump (hydraulic cooling). For correct priming procedures, refer to topic "Prime Hydraulic Pump" in the 5130B Excavator assembly Procedure, Special Instruction REHS0070.End By:a. install top cover assembly (pump room)b. install pressure sensor (pump drive)Disassemble & Assemble Piston Pump (Hydraulic Cooling)
Start By:a. remove piston pump (hydraulic cooling)1. Thoroughly clean the outside of the piston pump (hydraulic cooling) prior to disassembly. 2. Remove four socket head bolts (1) and pressure and flow compensator valve (2) from pump head (3). 3. Remove margin plug (4) from pressure and flow compensator valve (2). 4. Remove O-ring seal (5) from margin plug (4). Remove guide (6), spring stop pin (7), spring (8) and guide (9) from pressure and flow compensator valve (2). 5. Remove compensator plug (10), O-ring seal (11), guide spring (12), spring (13) and guide spring (14) from pressure and flow compensator valve (2). 6. Reposition pressure and flow compensator valve (2) as shown.7. Remove plug (15) from pressure and flow compensator valve (2). 8. Remove O-ring seal (16) from plug (15). Remove margin spool (17) from pressure and flow compensator valve (2). 9. Remove plug (18), O-ring seal (19) and cutoff spool (20) from pressure and flow compensator valve (2). 10. Remove six bolts (21) and pump head (3) from pump housing (22). 11. Remove piston (23), bias spring (24) and piston (25) located under pump head (3).12. If necessary, remove roller bearing cup (26) from pump head (3). 13. Remove shaft shim kit (27), if one was required. Remove cup and cone roller bearing (28) and gasket (29) from pump housing (22). 14. Remove pump rotating group (30) from pump housing (22). 15. Put pump rotating group (30) in a press. Compress spring (33) to release the pressure against ring (31).16. Remove ring (31). Slowly release the compression on spring (33).17. Remove inner guide (32), spring (33) and outer guide (34) from barrel (35). 18. Remove pump shaft (36), four socket head bolts (37), limiter plate and spacer plate (38), pistons and retaining plate (39) from pump housing (22). 19. Remove three bolts (40) and trunnion cover (41). 20. Loosen swashplate plug (42) and remove swashplate (43) from pump housing (22). 21. If necessary, remove stop blocks (44). Remove cup and cone roller bearing (45) from pump housing (22). 22. Remove ring (46) and lip seal (47) from pump housing (22). The following steps are for the assembly of the piston pump (hydraulic cooling). Check all components for wear or damage and replace if necessary. Apply 1U-6396 O-ring Compound to all O-ring seals prior to installation, if applicable.23.
