Lock Valve Installation.

Install the 6V1722 Adapter with a 3D2824 Seal in both ports of the solenoid valve.2. Disconnect the hose from the lower cylinder port (A) on the plow/dozer control valve. Install a 6V5320 Union with a 3K0360 Seal in the control valve port (A).3. Connect the 7T6517 Valve port that is marked with the letters ACC (accumulator) to the union that was installed in the lower port (A) of the control valve. Use a 3K0360 Seal between the union and valve. If desired, the 7T6517 Valve can be remote mounted on the side of the frame. Use a section of hose to connect the valve to the plow/dozer control. This will make a cleaner looking installation.4. Install the 6V8723 Elbow with a 3K0360 Seal to the adapter in the cylinder port (B), marked CYL, of the valve. Connect the hose that was disconnected in Step 2 to the elbow.5. Mount the 8D2676 Switch at the top left location (marked "Dozer Float") of the steering console panel.

Use a 7N8597 Terminal and a 5H6555 Lock Washer to connect the 8X6134 Harness Assembly to Terminal 3 on the plow/dozer switch.If the machine is equipped with blade cushion, disconnect the 169 Pink wire from the blade cushion switch and connect it to the 8X6134 Harness Assembly. Connect the other wire from the 8X6134 Harness Assembly to the blade cushion switch.
If the machine is not equipped with blade cushion, locate the 169 Pink wire in the harness. Connect the 169 Pink wire to the 8X6134 Harness Assembly. Place tape over the terminal on the other wire in the 8X6134 Harness. There will be no connection for this wire.
7. Use a 7N8597 Terminal and a 5H6555 Lock Washer to connect the 505 Blue wire in the 8X6133 Harness Assembly to Terminal 2 on the plow/dozer switch.8. Install the 7N5876 Lamp in the socket and install the socket in the top left of the steering console panel.9. Disconnect the 200 Black wire from the articulation indicator lamp and connect it to the black wire in the 8X6133 Harness Assembly. Connect the other black wire in the 8X6133 Harness Assembly to the terminal of the articulation indicator lamp. Connect the plug on the 8X6133 Harness Assembly to the plug on the solenoid valve using the 9G2264 Clip.10. If a fuse is not present, install a 3K8782 Fuse in the slot for the cushion blade in the fuse box.11. Check the lock valve for proper operation.Lock Valve Operation.
