BUSHING 7F9309 - Caterpillar

At operating temperature, the hydraulic oil tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns. Remove the filler cap on the hydraulic oil tank only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Be sure all the hydraulic pressure is released before any fittings, hoses or components are loosened, tightened, removed or adjusted.
1. Remove the bolts and cover (1) from the bottom front of the cab.
View From Under Cab2. Disconnect five hose assemblies (2) from the brake valve (3). 3. Remove four elbow fittings (4) from brake valve (3). 4. Remove three bolts (5). Remove retainer clip (7) and separate pedal assembly (8) from shaft (6).5. Remove pedal assembly (8) and brake valve (3) up through cab floor.6. Check the condition of the O-ring seals used for the installation of the brake valve. If any of the seals are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. Install the brake valve in the reverse order of removal.
