Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Dealer Service Tool Catalog" for tools and supplies suitable to collect and contain fluids on Cat products.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.
Quick Fill/Drain Valve
Your machine is equipped with a quick fill/drain valve for changing the hydraulic oil for the implements. The quick fill/drain valve allows the hydraulic oil to be changed faster than the conventional method.
Park the machine on a level surface. Lower the bucket to the ground and engage the parking brake.
