Install O-ring seal (20) onto the plug.

Install plug (19) and the O-ring seal into the valve body. Tighten plug (19) to a torque of 35 3 N m (26 2 lb ft).

Install spool (16), guide (17), and spring (18) into the valve body.

Install O-ring seal (15) onto the plug.
Personal injury can result from parts and/or covers under spring pressure.Spring force will be released when covers are removed.Be prepared to hold spring loaded covers as the bolts are loosened.

Install plug (14) and the O-ring seal into the valve body. Tighten the plug (14) to a torque of 75 7 N m (55 5 lb ft).

Install O-ring seal (13) onto the plug.

Install plug (12) and the O-ring seal into the valve body. Tighten plug (12) to a torque of 5.0 1.5 N m (44 13 lb in).

Install spool valve (10) and spring (11) into the valve body.

Install backup ring (9) and O-ring seal (8) onto the cover.

Use Tooling (A) to install cover (7) into the valve body. Install bolts (6).

Install O-ring seal (5) onto the fittings.

Install half flanges (2) and the cover. Install bolts (1) and the washers. Install fittings (3) into valve body (4). End By:
Install the stick drift reduction valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drift Reduction Valve (Stick) - Install".
