Installation Procedure

Measure the distance at the narrowest point between roller guides (8). Subtract 7 to 10 mm (0.28 to 0.39 inch) from the measurement. This is the required width across rollers (6) .
Install the same thickness of shims to each roller (6) in order to obtain the width that was determined in Step 1. Install rollers (6) and nuts (7) .

Attach a suitable lifting device onto ejector (5). The weight of ejector (5) is approximately 1060 kg (2337 lb). Raise ejector (5) in order to remove the suitable cribbing from ejector (5) .

Use the suitable lifting device in order to move the ejector toward the rear of the scraper bowl. Align rollers (6) with the track assemblies.

Attach a suitable lifting device onto ejector cylinder (1). The weight of ejector cylinder (1) is approximately 118 kg (260 lb). Remove the suitable cribbing from ejector cylinder (1) .
Position ejector cylinder (1) to the ejector. Install pin assembly (4). Install bar (3) and bolts (2) .
