Tighten bolts (2) and bolts (3) to the specified torque first.
Tighten bolts (7) and bolts (8) to the specified torque second.
Tighten bolts (1) and bolts (4) to the specified torque third.
1 20 1A-1460 Bolt Length of 1/2 inch diameter bolt is 50.8 mm (2.00 inch).
Torque to 135 20 N m (100 15 lb ft).
2 8 4J-7945 Bolt Length of 3/4 inch diameter bolt is 292.1 mm (11.50 inch).
The bolts are contained in the mounting group for the turbocharger.
3 2 5D-1972 Bolt Length of 3/4 inch diameter bolt is 298.5 mm (11.75 inch).
The bolts are contained in the mounting group for the gas lines.
4 1 0S-1585 Bolt Length of 1/2 inch diameter bolt is 38.1 mm (1.50 inch).
Torque to 135 20 N m (100 15 lb ft).
5 2 6V-5049 O-Ring Seal Before assembly, lightly lubricate the bore that is being sealed.
6 2 5P-7813 O-Ring Seal Before assembly, lightly lubricate the bore that is being sealed.
7 10 6V-9608 Bolt Length of 5/8 inch diameter bolt is 254.0 mm (10.00 inch).
Torque to 270 40 N m (199 30 lb ft).
