--------------- END SUPPLEMENT ---------------Description of Change: A water cooled pre-chamber insert is used in the above engines. The water cooled pre-chamber insert has a groove that allows easier removal, improving serviceability. The flow to the water cooled pre-chamber insert has been improved. The amount of deposits that can accumulate in the cooling annulus is reduced.Adaptable To: The 148-7142 Insert is a direct replacement for the former 4P-3766 Insert in the above engines. The 148-7142 Insert can be retrofit back to first production. Two other oversized inserts are available as a service option for the 148-7142 Insert. The 148-7143 Insert (service insert) measures .25 mm (.001 in) in diameter. Another service insert, the 148-7144 Insert is available to service the 148-7143 Insert. The 148-7144 Insert (service insert) measures .50 mm (.012 in) in diameter.
