Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the engine oil filter.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Coolant - Change" for the proper draining and filling procedures.

Remove bolts (3). Remove elbow assembly (4). Remove tube assembly (2) and remove the O-ring seals.
Disconnect tube assembly (5). Remove oil cooler bonnet (6) and discard the gasket.
Remove bolts (1). Remove bolts (7) and (9) and remove engine oil cooler (8).

Remove bolts (11) and the plate. Remove elbow (10) and discard the gasket.
Remove housing (12) and the studs. Remove tube assembly (13) and the O-ring seals.
Remove elbow (14) and discard the gasket.

Remove bolts (15). Remove body (16), tube assembly (17), and cooler outlet elbow (18). Remove the O-ring seals. Installation Procedure
Install engine oil cooler (8) in the reverse order of removal.
Replace all O-ring seals and gaskets with new O-ring seals and gaskets.
Lubricate all O-ring seals with the lubricant that is being sealed.
Tighten the studs for housing (12) to a torque of 35 5 N m (26 4 lb ft).
