Loosen clamp (2) and disconnect hose (1) from the turbocharger.
Remove the bolts and remove air cleaner assembly (3) from the engine.

Loosen clamp (4) and disconnect hose (5) .

Remove bolts (6), bolts (8), and muffler assembly (7) from the engine.

Disconnect two hose assemblies (11) and disconnect one wiring harness from fuel pump assembly (9) .
Remove two clamps (10) and move hose assemblies (11) out of the way.

Loosen clamp (12) and disconnect hose (13) from the turbocharger.

Disconnect two wires (17) from starter (16) .
Disconnect wire (18) from starter (16) .
Disconnect two wires (19) from the engine.
Remove clamp (14) and move harness assembly (15) out of the way.

Disconnect three wires (21) from alternator (22) .
Disconnect harness assembly (20) .
Remove the cable straps from harness assembly (15) and move the harness assembly out of the way.

Disconnect three harness assemblies (23) .
Remove the cable straps from harness assembly (15) and move the harness assembly out of the way.

Disconnect two harness assemblies (24) .
Remove the cable straps from harness assembly (15) and move the harness assembly out of the way.

Disconnect three harness assemblies (26). Cut the cable straps and move harness assembly (25) out of the way.

Remove the cable strap from two hose assemblies (27) .

Remove 12 bolts (28) from the rear of the engine.

Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) to engine (29). Remove bolts (30) and remove the engine from the machine. The weight of the engine is approximately 284 kg (625 lb).
