Information:

If you are changing the brand or type of hydraulic oil, the system needs to be drained. Flush the system with new hydraulic oil. Remove the hydraulic oil filter and install a new hydraulic oil filter. Refill the system with new hydraulic oil.

Remove the hydraulic tank filler cap (2) .
The hydraulic drain (1) is located under the machine. Remove the drain plug and allow the hydraulic oil to drain into a suitable container.
Clean the drain plug.
Install the drain plug.
Fill the hydraulic system oil tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubrcant Viscosities" for information about the hydraulic oil.
Inspect the gasket on the hydraulic tank filler cap for damage. Replace the gasket, if necessary.
Install the hydraulic tank filler cap.
Start the engine and run the engine for a few minutes.
Maintain the hydraulic oil level between the top and the bottom mark on the sight gauge. Add oil, if necessary.Note: The oil must be free of bubbles. If bubbles are present in the oil, air is entering the hydraulic system. Inspect the suction hoses and hose clamps.
Stop the engine.
