Disassemble Rotochamber
start by: a) remove rotochamber1. Remove yoke (1), nut (2), and boot (3).2. Install tool group (A).3. Remove bolts (4).4. Use tool group (A) to release the tension on brake spring (5).5. Remove tool group (A). Remove cover (6), guides (7) and brake spring (5).6. Remove nuts (8) and washers.7. Pull diaphragm unit out of body (9).8. Remove nuts (10) and washers.9. Remove rod (15), guide (14), diaphragm (13), clamp (12), and clamp (11).Assemble Rotochamber
1. Put clamp (2) in position in clamp (1).2. Install guide (4) in diaphragm (3).3. Put diaphragm and guide in position on the studs of clamp (2).4. Put rod (5) in position in guide (4).5. Install washers and nuts (6).6. Put the outer lip of diaphragm (3) around the outer edge of clamp (1).7. Put liquid soap on the diaphragm.8. Install diaphragm unit in body (7).9. Install washers and nuts (8). Tighten nuts (8) to minimum torque of 10 lb.ft. (1,38 mkg).10. Put guide (12), spring (11), guide (10), and cover (9) in position on rod (13).11. Install tool group (A). Use tool group (A) to put compression on spring (15) until cover (14) is in position in body (16).12. Install washers and bolts (17). Tighten bolts (17) to a minimum torque of 12 lb.ft. (1,7 mkg). Remove tool group (A).13. Install boot (20), nut (19), and yoke (18).14. Install yoke (18) so that dimension (B) is 8.125 in. (20,6 cm).Disassemble Rotochamber With Parking Brake
start by: a) remove rotochamber1. Remove yoke (1), nut (2), boot (4), splash guard (3) and felt.2. Install tool (A) on rotochamber.3. Before you can disassemble the rotochamber, the parking brake must be released.4. Give the parking brake a constant supply of 80 psi air minimum to release it.5. Remove bolts (5) and washers.6. Make a separation between housing (6) and body (8) using tool (A) until compression on spring (7) is released. Remove spring (7).7. Keep the air supply on the parking brake until rod (9) is free of housing (6).8. Hold cap (10) in place and remove screws (11).9. Remove cap (10) slowly until compression on the spring under it is released.10. Remove spring and plastic washer.11. Remove rollers (12).12. Turn housing on opposite side.13. Remove screws (13) and cover (14).14. Push plastic piston (15) and collar out of housing.15. Remove washer (17). Remove nuts (16) and washers.16. Pull diaphragm unit out of body (8).17. Remove nuts that hold clamp (19) and shaft (22) together.18. Remove shaft (22), guide (21), diaphragm (20), and clamp (19) from clamp (18).Assemble Rotochamber With Parking Brake
1. Put clamp (2) into position in clamp (1).2. Install guide (4) in diaphragm (3).3. Put diaphragm and guide in position on the studs of clamp (2).4. Put shaft (5) into position in guide (4).5. Install washers and nuts (7). Install washer (6).6. Put the outer lip of diaphragm (3) around the outer edge of clamp (1).7. Put liquid soap on diaphragm. Put diaphragm unit in body (8) and install washers and nuts that hold them
