Remove pins (9) and lift the frame assemblies as shown to separate. Remove frame assembly (10), then frame assembly (11).

Beginning at Location (Z), use a suitable lifting device to lower frame assemblies (11) and (10) into position. Connect frame assemblies (11) and (10) as shown and install pins (9).

Install bracket (8) and pin (7). Repeat for the remaining brackets.

Install the individual blocks of catalyst (6) beginning in the corners and then around the perimeter, working in towards the center.

Install channels (4) and install pins (3).
Repeat Step 1 through 5 for Locations (W), (X), and (Y) in order to install the remaining layers of the catalyst.

If necessary, install a new gasket .Using two people, position cover (2) onto Tooling (A). The weight of cover (2) is approximately 24 kg (53 lb). Install bolts (1). Remove Tooling (A) and install remaining bolts (1).
