Click on "Calibrate" menu.
Select "DC Bus Voltages". Refer to Illustration 9. A "Calibration of a Channel" dialog will open. Refer to Illustration 10.

Click on "View Status" button. Another "Calibration Group Status" dialog will open. Refer to Illustration 5.
Drag the "Calibration Group Status" dialog aside if the view of "Calibration of a Channel" dialog is blocked.
Click on "Use Defaults" in the "Calibration of a Channel" dialog. The system will prompt the user to "Enter Calibration Point for Positive DC Bus".Note: The "Minimum Button" in the "Calibration of a Channel" dialog is the default selection. Refer to Illustration 10.
Measure the DC bus voltage from the DC common terminal to the positive DC bus terminal. The measured DC bus voltage should be near 0 V.

Enter the measured value in the "Enter Calibration Point" field and click "OK". Refer to Illustration 11. The system will process the calibration and automatically change the prompt to "Enter Calibration Point" for "Negative DC Bus". The "Calibration of a Channel" dialog will change in order to show the "Positive DC Bus Minimum value entered". Refer to Illustration 12.

Measure the DC bus voltage from the DC common terminal to the negative DC bus terminal. Refer to Illustration 13. The measured DC bus voltage should be near 0 V.

Enter the value that was measured in Step 26 into the "Enter Calibration Point" field and click "OK". Refer to Illustration 13. The system will process the calibration. The system will prompt you to "Enter calibration point for Positive DC bus". Refer to Illustration 14.The "Calibration Group Status" dialog will display "Negative DC Bus Voltage Minimum value entered". Refer to Illustration 14.

Click on the "Maximum" button. You will hear the input contactor "K1" close. The static switch will turn on and the DC bus voltage will rise.You will be prompted to "Enter Calibration Point for Positive DC Bus". Refer to Illustration 16.

Refer to Illustration 13. The system will process the calibration. The system will automatically prompt to "Enter Calibration Point for Negative DC Bus". Refer to Illustration 17.The "Calibration Group Status" dialog will display "Positive DC Voltage Calibration Complete but not saved".
