Disconnect hose assemblies (48), (49), (50), and (51).

Loosen the clamps and disconnect hose (52) and tube assembly (53).

Remove clamp (59). Disconnect cable assemblies (56) and (58).
Disconnect hose assemblies (57).

Remove clamp (61). Disconnect clip (64), cable assembly (63), and cable assembly (65).
Disconnect elbow (62).

Remove bolts (66) and cover (67).

Reposition baffle (68).

Disconnect hose assembly (70).
Disconnect harness assemblies (69), (71), and (72).

Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to engine (75). The weight of engine (75) is approximately 1406 kg (3100 lb).
Remove bolt (76), washer (77), and mount assembly (78). Repeat for the other front engine mount.
Remove bolts (79) and cap (80).
Remove engine (75).

Position engine (75) on Tooling (D) and Tooling (E).
Remove Tooling (C) and the suitable lifting device.Installation Procedure
Install engine (75) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (79) to a torque of 240 40 N m (177 30 lb ft).
Tighten bolts (66) to a torque of 30 7 N m (22 5 lb ft).
Tighten cable assemblies (65) and (63) to a torque of 31 4 N m (23 3 lb ft).
Tighten cable assembly (58) to a torque of 15 3 N m (133 27 lb in).
Tighten hose assemblies (57) to a torque of 21 3 N m (185 27 lb in).
Tighten cable assembly (56) to a torque of 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in).
Hand tighten harness assembly (46).
Tighten bolts for panel assemblies (1), (2), and (3) to a torque of 28 7 N m (248 62 lb in).
