CAB-DELUX 6R7698 - Caterpillar

1. Open the air drain valves on the right side of the cab and release the air pressure in the system.2. Disconnect wiring (2) from the low pressure indicator.3. Disconnect governor control hose (3).4. Disconnect drain hose (7) from the drain valve assembly.5. Disconnect hose (5) from the governor air reservoir.6. Disconnect supply hose (4) from the union.7. Remove the four bolts (1) and remove governor air reservoir (6).Install Governor Air Reservoir
1. Put governor air reservoir (1) in position and install the four bolts that hold it in place.2. Connect supply hose (3) to the union.3. Connect the hose from the pressure protection valve to the governor air reservoir.4. Connect the drain hose to the drain valve assembly.5. Connect the hose from the governor control to union (2).6. Connect the wiring to the low pressure indicator.7. Close the air drain valves.end by:a) install cab rear cover **This operation location is in the OPERATOR'S STATION DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY section.
