This valve stem assembly contains an integral seal and was previously only available as Chemetron part number 200289.
This valve stem assembly is now available from Caterpillar as 7X6299 Valve Stem Assembly. It is part of the 5G3748 Fire Suppression Valve on 5G2800 and 5G2980 Valve and Cylinder Groups. See the Special Instruction for the correct service procedure.
The above machines DO NOT have Caterpillar fire suppression systems with automatic actuation.
