Tire Inflation with Air
Use a self-attaching inflation chuck and stand behind the tread when inflating a tire, to prevent possible personal injury.
Set the tire inflation equipment regulator at no more than 140 kPa (20 psi) over the recommended tire pressure.
Tires/Installation
Have a qualified tire mechanic service the tires and rims.It is recommended that this mechanic inflate the tires. Install the tire tread on the machine in direction as shown above.See the "Maintenance Interval" chart for wheel nut torques.Tire Pressures
This chart is also shown on the gauge panel. The operating inflation pressure is based on the weight of a ready-to-work machine without attachments, at rated payload, and in average operating conditions. Pressures for each application may vary and should always be obtained from your tire supplier.Tire Inflation Pressures Adjustment
A tire inflation in a warm shop area, 18°C to 21°C (65°F to 70°F), will be underinflated if the machine works in freezing temperatures. Low pressure shortens the life of a tire.When operating in freezing temperatures, consult the Cold Weather Recommendations Operation and Maintenance Manual, form SEBU5898, for adjusted inflation pressures.
