Assemble blade (12) onto the push arms and braces by using the hardware indicated in Illustration 7.
Assemble the bearing caps onto the push arms. Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 520 70 N m (385 50 lb ft).Note: Use 12 shims (7) as required.Note: Make sure the chamfer on nuts (11) aligns with the radius on the push arm bracket.
Assemble the bearing cap onto the left brace assembly. Tighten nuts (10) to a torque of 520 70 N m (385 50 lb ft).Note: Use 10 shims (7) as required.Cylinder Assembly

Assemble tilt cylinder (8) onto the blade and the right push arm by using the hardware indicated in Illustration 8.The cap, nuts, bolts, and shims, are pre-assembled onto the cylinder rod.Reverse the bolts and nuts from the shipping configuration and ensure that the threaded end of the bolts face the front of the tractor. Tighten the nuts to a torque of 520 70 N m (385 50 lb ft).Hydraulic Lines Connect

(A) Hose to the head end of the cylinder
(B) Hose to the rod end of the cylinder
Remove the rear guard assembly from the push arm. Connect the ends of the hoses onto the already installed hoses of the tilt cylinder as indicated in Illustration 9. Replace the rear guard assembly.Lift Cylinder Assembly
