Battery disconnect switch
The components of the battery disconnect switch circuit are: the 500 amp fuse, the batteries and the battery disconnect switch.

(3) Battery disconnect switch When the battery disconnect switch (3) is in the ON position, the switch contacts close to connect the batteries to the machine ground. When the battery disconnect switch is in the OFF position, the switch contacts open to disconnect the batteries from the machine ground. When the battery disconnect switch is in the OFF position, power is not supplied to any electrical system on the machine.
Never turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position while the engine is running. Electrical system damage could occur.
