Right Side of Machine (1) Vibratory solenoid (2) Pressure tap "M1" (3) Relief valveThe auxiliary manifold is located on the right side of the machine. The floor panel of the right operator station provides access to this component.Vibratory solenoid (1) is located on the top face of the manifold. Relief valve (3) on the manifold limits the pressure in the hydraulic circuit to 14000 1000 kPa (2030 145 psi). The pressure in the circuit can be measured at pressure tap "M1" (2).

Rear of the Machine (4) Flow control valveFlow control valve (4) is located at the rear of the machine.Flow control valve (4) is an adjustable gate valve which controls the amount of oil allowed through the vibratory motors. When the flow control valve is rotated counterclockwise, the vibratory frequency decreases. When the flow control valve is rotated clockwise, the vibratory frequency increases.

Right Side of Machine (5) Vibratory relayVibratory relay (5) is located in the electrical box on the right side of the machine. The rear door provides access to the electrical box. The face plate of the box must be removed to access this component.Vibratory relay (5) receives power from the vibratory fuse and tamper fuse.
