Park the machine on a flat, level surface. Shut off the engine.

Locate steering sensor (19) on the front steering cylinder. The front steering cylinder is located on the right side of the machine.

(20) Spring clip
Disconnect spring clip (20) in order to free the sensor wire.

Disconnect harness assembly (21) from steering sensor (19) .
Remove bolts (22) and steering sensor (19) from support (23) .

Remove nuts (25) and support (23) from steering cylinder (24) .

(1) Plate (3) Plates (8) Bolts (13) Washers (19) Steering sensor
Install steering sensor (19) on plate (1) .
Install plates (3), washers (13), and bolts (8) .

Install pulley (4), washers (14), washer (7), and bolt (10) in plate (1) .

(A) 70 mm (2.75 inch) (1) Steering sensor (15) Bracket (16) Locknuts (17) Hard washers (18) Bolts (24) Steering cylinder
Measure the distance of Dimension (A) from the bottom of steering cylinder (24). Install plate (1) at Dimension (A). Install bolts (18), hard washers (17), and locknuts (16) .Note: Dimension (A) is a critical measurement.

Connect harness assembly (21) to steering sensor (19) .
Secure harness assembly (21) with clip (6), bolts (12), hard washers (11), and nut (5) .

Install cover (2), washers (7), and bolts (9) .

Connect spring clip (20) in order to secure the sensor wire.

Confirm that cover (2) is the distance of dimension (A) from the bottom of steering cylinder (24) .
Calibrate the front steering system. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, QENR2017, "Electronic Controls" for the correct procedure.
