Generating a Standard Report
Reports can be generated once AQReports has been properly configured. In order to begin generating a report, click "Reporting". Click on "View Report" in the drop down menu. Refer to Illustration 1.

After "View Report" has been selected, the "Choose Report Criteria" dialog box will appear. Use the "Choose Report Criteria" dialog box in order to specify the report type and the time and the dates that the report will cover.

The first step to generate a report is to choose the type of report that is required. Select the report type from the drop down menu that appears in the "Report Type" field that is in the upper left hand corner of the "Choose Report Criteria" dialog. Click on the report that is required. Refer to Illustration 2.Selecting the Time Period for the Report
The "Date Range" field has four options that are provided in order to select the time period that the report can cover. Three of the options are pre-configured. The pre-configured ranges are "Current shift", "Previous shift", or "Previous day". The "Current shift" option and "Previous Shift" option use the shift information that was previously entered in the settings of the report in order to generate the start date and start time as well as the enddate and the end time.The fourth option for selecting the time period allows the user to manually select the start date and start time as well as the end date and the end time. The start and end dates can be selected from the calendars that appear below the "Date Range". The start time and end time can be further refined by using the "From" and "To" fields that appear below the calendars. Refer to Illustration 3 and Illustration 4.

Choosing a Start TimeConfiguring the Report Parameters
Some of the reports will specify the parameters that are required. The parameters may need to be changed depending on the type of report. In order to change a parameter, click on the parameter that is in the list. The parameter will then become highlighted. Click on the "Change" button. A dialog box that requires the new value will appear. Refer to Illustration 5.

Once the criteria for the report has been entered, press the "Generate Report" button in order to display the desired report.
