Service connector located on the right side of cab behind the seat
Connect tooling (E1) Cat ET and communication adapter (E2) to the service connector.
Start the engine.
Lower the left console.

Power mode control button located on the soft panel switch
Push down on the power mode control button in order to activate power mode. Note: The indicator light will be illuminated when power mode is activated.

Automatic Engine Speed Control (AESC) as displayed on the programmable function key in the monitor.
Disable the automatic engine speed control through the monitor by pressing the programmable button.

Joystick (front switch)
Disable the hydraulic modulation control, if equipped. Press the front switch on the right joystick in order to deactivate hydraulic modulation.
The air conditioning should be turned off for the following test.
Lower the stabilizers, the blade tip, and/or the implement in order to raise the front axle and the rear axle. This action will allow the wheels to turn freely. Note: All tires must be fully off the ground.
Fully extend the bucket cylinder and place the bucket on the ground.
Start the Electronic Technician.
Select the Engine ECM in Electronic Technician.
Select “OK”.
Select “Diagnostics” from the main menu.
Select “Diagnostic Tests”.
Select “Override Parameters”.
Select “Travel Pilot Solenoid Current Override” and set the current to 0.8 amp. Test Procedure

Set the engine speed dial at "1".
Select “Travel Motor Swash Plate Angle Limit Solenoid Current Override” and set the current to 0.8 amp.
Press the travel pedal to the FULL FORWARD position.
Check the transmission output speed in Electronic Technician for the minimum displacement of the motor. Record the speed in Table 3.
Set “Travel Motor Swash Plate Angle Limit Solenoid Current Override” current to 0.0 amp.
Press the travel pedal to the FULL FORWARD position.
Check the transmission output speed in Electronic Technician for the maximum displacement of the motor. Record the speed in Table 3.
Use Table 3 to calculate the minimum displacement of the travel motor with the following calculation:

If the calculated minimum displacement is not within the target minimum displacement specification shown in Table 3, refer to the "Adjustment Procedure" to adjust the minimum displacement. Adjustment Procedure
Place the machine in the service position.
Place the service brake pedal in the LOCKED position.

Travel motor
(1) Adjustment screw for minimum displacement stroke limitation
Remove the cap from adjustment screw (1).
Loosen the locknut.
If the calculated minimum displacement was below the specification, increase the minimum displacement by turning the adjustment screw clockwise. If the calculated minimum displacement was above the specification, decrease the minimum displacement by turning the adjustment screw counterclockwise.
Tighten the locknut.
Install the cap onto adjustment screw (1).
Lower the stabilizers, the blade tip, and/or the implement in order to raise the front axle and the rear axle. This action will allow the wheels to turn freely. Note: All tires must be fully off the ground.
Fully extend the bucket cylinder and place the bucket on the ground.
Retest the minimum displacement of
