start by:a) remove hood1. Drain the coolant from the radiator.2. Drain the oil from the hydraulic tank. 3. Remove bolts (2) and strip (1) from the machine.4. Remove panel (3) from the machine. 5. Loosen clamp (4) and remove bolts (6) from tube assembly (5).6. Remove tube assembly (5) from the machine. 7. Fasten a strap and hoist to grille (7) as shown.8. Remove the bolts and grille (7) from the machine. The weight of the grille is 28 kg (62 lb.). 9. Put tool (A) in position under guard (8).10. Remove the bolts and guard (8) from the bottom of the machine. The weight of the guard is 54 kg (120 lb.). 11. Remove bolts (9) and disconnect elbow (10) from the bottom of the radiator.12. Disconnect tube assemblies (11) and (12) from the bottom of the radiator. 13. Remove nuts (14) and disconnect wire harness (13) from the frame. 14. Fasten a strap and hoist to fan assembly (15).
Do not damage the radiator core with the fan assembly (15) when the fan assembly is disconnected from the fan drive.
15. Remove the nuts and carefully lower fan assembly (15) into the radiator guard. 16. Remove bolts (16) and disconnect lights (17) from the radiator guard. 17. Fasten tooling (B) and a hoist to radiator guard (18) as shown. 18. Remove eight bolts (19) that hold radiator and guard to the rear frame.19. Make sure all hoses, tubes and wires are disconnected.18. Remove the radiator and guard from the rear frame. The weight of the radiator and guard is 579 kg (1285 lb.).Install Radiator And Guard
1. Fasten tooling (A) and a hoist to radiator and guard (1).2. Put radiator and guard (1) in position on the machine. Install the eight bolts that hold the radiator and guard in place. 3. Connect lights (2) to the radiator guard. 4. Connect wire harness (3) to the frame with the clips and nuts. 5. Connect tube assemblies (4) and (5) to the bottom of the radiator. 6. Install gasket (7) and connect elbow assembly (6) to the bottom of the radiator. 7. Put bottom guard (8) in position on the bottom of the machine with tool (B). 8. Fasten a hoist to grille (9). Put grille (9) in position on the radiator guard as shown. 9. Fasten a hoist to fan assembly (10) and put it in position on the fan drive. Install the bolts and the nuts. 10. Install the gasket and the bolts that hold elbow assembly (11) on the engine.11. Slide hose (12) on elbow (11) and tighten the clamps. 12. Install side panels (14) and strips (13) on each side of the machine.end by:a) install hood
