Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to spider assembly (22). The weight of spider assembly (22) is approximately 43 kg (95 lb). Position spider assembly (22) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A) to fan support assembly (24). The weight of fan support assembly (24) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb). Connect spider assembly (22) to fan support assembly (24). Install bolts (23). Position fan support assembly (24) and spider assembly (22).

Install bolts (25) to both sides.

Install braces (20) and (21) .

Position plate (19). Install bolts (18). Position plate (17). Install bolts (16). Connect hose (14). Install cable straps (15).

Install hose (13) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to support assembly (9). The weight of support assembly (9) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb). Install support assembly (9). Install bolts (12) .
Tighten clamps (11). Install bolts (8) and (10). Tighten clamps (7). Connect hoses (5). Tighten clamps (6).

Attach a suitable lifting device to hood (3). The weight of hood (3) is approximately 73 kg (160 lb). Position hood (3). Install bolts (2) and (4).

Close door (1) .End By:
Install the piston motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Motor (Radiator Fan) - Install".
Install the fan guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Guard - Remove and Install".
