CABLE AS-BRAIDED 2397816 - Caterpillar

1. Remove two bolts (2), the washers and the mounting bracket. Remove fitting (1). Remove the O-ring seal from the fitting. 2. Remove fitting assemblies (3), (4), (5) and (6). Remove the O-ring seals from the fittings. 3. Remove plugs (7) and (8). 4. Remove two spacers (9), washer (10), O-ring seal (11), plunger (12), piston (13), spring (14) and O-ring seal (15) from plug (8).5. Remove two springs (16), two pistons (17) and spool (19). Remove two O-ring seals (18) from spool (19). Remove O-ring seal (20) from plug (7). 6. Remove plugs (21) and (22). 7. Remove spool (24), piston (25), ball (26), plunger (27) and spring (28) from under plug (21). Remove O-ring seal (29) from plug (21). Remove two O-ring seals (23) from spool (24).8. Remove spool (31), spring seat (32) and springs (33) and (34) from under plug (22). Remove O-ring seal (35) from plug (22). Remove O-ring seal (30) from spool (31). 9. Remove plugs (36) and (42). Remove set screw (38), spring (39), plunger (40) and ball (41) from under plug (36). Remove O-ring seal (37) from plug (36). Remove O-ring seal (43) from plug (42). 10. Remove plug (44). Remove the O-ring seal from plug (44).
