Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the load control valve (stick cylinder).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Remove relief valve (1).
Remove bolts (8), cover (7), plug (6), spring (3), and valve (2).
Remove O-ring seal (4) and backup ring (5) from plug (6).

Remove nut (27), screw (26), spring (24), plunger (23), body (22), washers (17), spring (16), plunger (15), valve (14), and valve (11) from body (10).
Remove O-ring seal (25) from screw (26).
Remove backup ring (18), O-ring seal (19), backup ring (20), and O-ring seal (21) from body (22).
Remove backup ring (12) and O-ring seal (13) from valve (14).
Remove O-ring seal (9) from body (10).

Remove plug (34), O-ring seal (33), spring (32), retainer (31), and spool (30).
Remove plugs (29), plug (28), and the O-ring seals.
