1. Clean the contact surfaces of the fuel injection pump and governor drive and the front cover.2. Install a new gasket between the fuel injection pump and governor drive and the front cover. 3. Put the injection pump and governor drive (1) in position in the timing gear. 4. 1. Heat bearing (2) to 135°C (275°F) and install on it shaft (1). Install the bearing until it makes contact with the shoulder on the shaft. 2.
