Lift the transmission and bevel gear. Use two people in order to install the transmission and bevel gear.
Install one bolt (20) on each side of the transmission.
Install bolts (19) around the transmission.

Remove Tooling (C) from transmission (18). Install cover (17) to the transmission with the bolts.

Install plate (16) with the bolts.

Place yoke (15) in position.

Connect wiring (14) .

Connect hose assemblies (13) and (12) .

Move oil fill hose (11) in position and install the nuts, the washers, and bolts (10) .

Move ripper valve (2) into position with Tooling (B) .
Install the ripper valve with bolts (9) .
Remove the strap, Tooling (B), and Tooling (A) .

Connect hose assemblies (7), (6), (8), and (5) to the ripper valve.

The view behind the flood light
Place the flood light and bracket (1) in position on ripper valve (2). Install two bolts (4) .
Connect wiring (3) and install new wire ties.

Fill the transmission with oil. The capacity of the transmission is approximately 189 L (50 US gal). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7244, "Transmission System Oil - Change".
Lift the ripper frame and install the ripper shank.End By:
Install the axles. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Axle - Remove".
Install the main drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Main Drive Shaft - Remove".
Install the bottom guard for the transmission. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guards - Remove and Install".
