Separate the track. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Separate".

Note: The weight of the front idler is approximately 360 kg (800 lb). The weight of the rear idler is approximately 320 kg (700 lb).
Position Tooling (A) under the front of the machine or the rear of the machine in order to remove the desired idler. Use Tooling (A) in order to raise the front or the rear of the machine.
Attach a suitable lifting device to idler (1). Remove bolts (3) and cap (2) from each side of idler (1) .
Remove idler (1) .
