CABLE AS 3237325 - Caterpillar

1. Remove bolt (2), then disconnect cable (1).2. Disconnect wire (5). Disconnect hose (6).3. Remove three bolts (4), then remove torque converter sequence and pressure control valve (3). 4. Put torque converter sequence and pressure control valve (3) in position on the torque converter and install the three bolts (4) that hold it.5. Connect hose (6) and wire (5) to the valve.6. Connect cable (1), then install bolt (2).Remove And Install Pressure Relief Valve For Torque Converter Outlet
1. Loosen nut and disconnect wire (1).2. Disconnect hose (2). Remove three bolts (4), then remove pressure relief valve (3) for torque converter outlet. 3. Put pressure relief valve (3) for torque converter outlet in position on torque converter with the three bolts (4) that hold it.4. Connect hose (2) and wire (1). start by:a) remove torque converter sequence and pressure control valve
The end covers have spring force behind them.
1. Remove the electric solenoid (2) from the valve body. Remove bolts (1) and two end covers (3) from the valve body. Remove O-ring seals from valve body and end covers. 2. Remove the sequence valve spool assembly (4) and the manual reducing valve spool assembly (5) from the valve body. 3. Remove shims (9) from load piston (6). Remove small and large springs (7). Remove slug (8) from the manual reducing valve spool (10). 4. Remove spacers (14) and spring (12) from collar (11). Remove slug (15) from sequence valve spool (13).Assemble Torque Converter Sequence And Pressure Control Valve
1. Install spacers (4) and spring (2) on collar (1). Install slug (3) in sequence valve spool (5). 2. Install shims (9) in load piston (6). Install large and small springs (7) in load piston. Install manual reducing valve spool (10) on top of springs, then install slug (8) in manual reducing valve spool.3. Install the sequence valve spool and manual reducing valve spool assemblies in the valve body. 4. Install four new O-ring seals (16) on the valve body. Install small O-ring seal (15) in end cover (12). Install both end covers with the six bolts (11). Install bolt (14) in end cover and tighten it to a torque of 220 10 in lb (25 5 N m). Install electric solenoid (13).end by:a) install torque converter sequence and pressure control valve
