Loosen clamp (6) .

Remove four bolts (7) and the nuts from tube assembly (8) .

Remove four bolts (9) from precleaner (10) .Note: The precleaner does not need to be removed. Bolts (9) are removed in order to create space for the removal of the air cleaner.

Remove air cleaner (11) and tube assembly (8) .

Remove extension tube (12) from the turbocharger housing.

Remove four O-ring seals (13) from extension tube (12) .Installation Procedure

Install four O-ring seals (13) on extension tube (12) .

Install extension tube (12) into the turbocharger housing.

Position air cleaner (11) and tube assembly (8) in place.

Install four bolts (9) in precleaner (10) .

Install four bolts (7) and the nuts into tube assembly (8) .

Connect the hose to the air cleaner. Tighten clamp (6) .

Install clip (5) for the ECM harness with the bolt, three washers, the spacer, and the ground clip.

Connect electrical harness connector (4) .

Install new cable straps (1), (2), and (3) .End By: Install the engine enclosure on the right side of the machine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Enclosure - Remove and Install" in this publication.
