Personal injury can result from parts and/or covers under spring pressure.Spring force will be released when covers are removed.Be prepared to hold spring loaded covers as the bolts are loosened.
Personal injury or death can occur from not following the proper procedure or the recommended tooling.To prevent the possibility of injury or death, follow the established procedure using the recommended tooling.
Before you remove the air intake shutoff, pull the trip knob on the air intake shutoff or press the emergency stop button in order to release the blade latch. If the blade latch is released after the air intake shutoff is removed, serious personal injury can result.
Manually release the air shutoff. Pull or press in order to release the knob on the air shutoff. Ensure that the indicator on the air shutoff points straight down to the "OFF" position. If the air shutoff did not trip, refer to Troubleshooting, "Air Shutoff System".

Disconnect harness assembly (1) and harness assembly (4).
Remove limit switch (2) and limit switch (3).

Remove band clamps (5), band clamps (7), bellows assembly (6), and bellows assembly (8).
Remove bolts (9), bolts (11), tube assembly (10), tube assembly (12), and the bolts.

Remove bolts (14), bolts (15), air shutoff (13), and air shutoff (16).

Remove bolts (19), bolts (18), air inlet elbow (17), and air inlet elbow (20). Installation Procedure
Install air shutoff (16) and air shutoff (13) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) to the seals of tube assembly (12) and tube assembly (10).
Install bellows assembly (8) and bellows assembly (6) in the proper flow direction as indicated on the bellows assemblies by arrow.
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads, bearing surfaces, and inside diameter of band clamps (7) and band clamps (5).
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of limit switch (3) and limit switch (2).
Tighten limit switch (3) and limit switch (2) to a torque of 16 2 N m (142 18 lb in).
