The 1V6586 Tube Assembly and the 1V9232 Brake Assembly are the service replacements for the 8S3094 Tube Assembly and 8S3089 Brake Assembly, respectively. Construction of the new tube assembly is heavier; when a new tube assembly or brake assembly is installed on one wheel, new parts should also be installed on the opposite wheel.
Carefully install the new tube assembly to prevent damage to the nozzle seals.
Expander Tube Removal
(1) On some tractors expander tube (1) is fastened to spindle (2) with glue. To loosen tube (1), put a screwdriver (3) between tube (1) and spindle (2); move the screwdriver around to the bottom of the spindle to the inlet nozzle, then from the other side of the inlet nozzle to the outlet nozzle. Lift the nozzles from the holes and remove the tube.Expander Tube Installation
(1) Clean the glue from spindle (1). (2) Inspect holes (2) for any rough edges. (3) Remove the shipping caps, install seals (3), and put lubricant on the seals. (4) Install expander tube (4) on spindle (5), so the metal shield near the nozzle is to the left of the top nozzle when the tube is installed, and you are facing the vehicle. (5) Install .625"Ø (Ø15.9) bars (6) and (7) next to each nozzle and slide expander tube (4) on the spindle with bars (6) and (7) in place. (6) Carefully remove bars (6) and (7), at the same time holding the nozzle straight as it is put into the hole, so there is no damage to the O-ring seals.Installing Expander Tube 992 (25K550-25K1169)
(1) Install seats (1) in blocks (2). (2) Install and put lubrication on seals (3). (3) Install blocks (2) on expander tube (4). (4) Clean spindle (5) and place expander tube on spindle as shown. (5) Slide expander tube and blocks on the spindle.Installing Frame And Torque Bar Assemblies

Left rear; left front.Install the frames with the notches in the locations shown. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 215 20 lb. ft. (29.6 2.8) on the 824, 825, 826 and 988; 375 35 lb. ft. (52.8 4.8) on the 834, 835, and 992.
